It is recommended that you schedule your appointment as soon as possible, and well in advance. All packages and offerings are based upon availability.
Arrival to the Spa
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will also allow proper check-in time. We regret that late arrivals may not receive their full appointment time.
We reserve time specifically for you. If you must cancel an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance. You will be charged 50% of the service fee if we have not received notification of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
Product Return Policy
All products purchased at La Bella Dona Skin Care may be returned for full amount of purchase price in the form of account credit. Credit on account may be used for any and all products and services at La Bella Dona Skin Care. Products must be returned within 30 days to receive full amount of account credit.
Gift Cards/Instant Gift Certificates
La Bella Dona Gift Cards or Instant Gift Certificates may be purchased for any denomination, service, or package available. With no exception, all Gift Cards/Gift Certificates are good for one year from date of purchase. There are no exceptions. No refunds will be given. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Gift Cards/Gift Certificates are redeemabke for services only. Unused value remains on card/certificate and cannot be redeemed for cash or used towards gratuities. Gift Cards/Instant Gift Certificates may be purchased online, over the phone or in person.
All services are for ages 12+.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Our goal is to keep the spa as quiet and serene as possible. In order to do so, we must require all cell phones and pagers to be silenced before you enter the spa.
La Bella Dona gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, cash, and checks.
Gratuities are at your discrection and are appreciated in the form of cash or check to the provider.
Children are not allowed in the spa due to our insurance policy and OSHA regulation. If you arrive for an appointment with your child(ren) we will have to reschedule your appointment.
