Here we outline some important policies when visiting our day spa in Richmond VA.
Scheduling Appointments at our Richmond VA Spa -
It is recommended that you schedule your appointment as soon as possible and well in advance to ensure you get the day or time that works best for your schedule. Evening and weekend appointments are always the most limited.
Arrival to the Spa -
Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment time. This will allow for proper check-in and give you a way to relax prior to your spa services. We regret that late arrivals may not receive their full appointment time or service.
Spa Cancellation/No Show Policy -
We reserve time specifically for you.We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If we receive less than 24 hours notice of your cancellation or no show, we do charge 50% of the price of the service scheduled to your card, or redeem the service out of the package purchased. Clients who do this repeatedly, will need to hold appointments with a deposit or prepay in full which is non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted by speaking with the Front Desk. They are not honored via text, voicemail, or email as this is an automated service.
Spa Gratuities/Tips -
Gratuities and tips are at your discretion and can only be accepted in the form of cash or separate check made directly to the service provider. At this time we cannot add them to card transactions or checks made to the business. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Children and Guests -
As much as we love children and other guests, unfortunately they are not permitted to wait in the salon and spa unless receiving a service. Children are to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children must be at least 12 years of age to receive any service. Clients under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or guardian complete a consent form prior to receiving any service.
Spa Refund and Return Policy -
All products purchased at La Bella Dona or Bella Beauty may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt and must be unopened. Products that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund. Please speak with the manager for details. Services cannot be refunded. Should there be a dissatisfaction, we will happily correct it with in 48 business hours.
Spa Gift Cards/Gift Certificates -
La Bella Dona Gift Cards or Certificates may be purchased for any denomination, service, or package available in house or online. All Gift Cards/Certificates are good for one year from date of purchase for full redemption value. Gift cards/ Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used towards gratuities or products and are non-refundable.
Cell Phones -
Our goal is to keep the spa as quiet and serene as possible. In order to do so, we ask that all cell phones and devices be silenced before you enter the spa.
Spa Specials, Discounts, Promotions, etc. -
We value every one of our clients. To show our appreciation, we often send thank you cards, referral cards, have specials, etc. These are our gift to you. They are nonrefundable, and not to be combined, or added to any other promotion, discount, postcard, specials, etc. They can be transferred to a friend or family member if you so choose.
Spa Payments Accepted -
Payments returned are subject to bank and return fees.
