You must have your card with you on your day of appointment. If you do not have your card, you will not receive the points. There are no exceptions to this rule for any reason.
You will not receive any points for services rendered before you have signed up for the Rewards Card Program.
Collect your points and receive the following savings:
500 Points = $25 off any service
1000 points = $50 off any service
2000 points = $125 off any service
4000 points = $250 off any service
Points are accrued with every dollar that you spend, excluding purchases of gift certificates and sales tax.
Package points will only be given for the amount of each service rendered on any particular day of treatment, not given on the value of the purchased package.
Rewards cards cannot be shared.
Client will forfeit any rewards card points with return of products.
Rewards card is redeemable for services only excluding services with Dr. Bridges. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
